EQ Development breaks ground in Bristol
Aukett Swanke UK’s striking 200,000sqft EQ building for Commercial Estates Group (CEG) at 111 Victoria Street in the heart of Bristol starts on site in December and will be ready for occupation early in 2023. This project, forming part of CEG’s 400,000sqft local office development pipeline, is the largest speculative office development currently underway in the south of England and is aimed at addressing the acute supply shortage of Grade A offices in Bristol.
Targeting a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ environmental standard the building aims to create opportunities in a post-Covid world by offering workspace that is sustainable, efficient, flexible, healthy, digitally resilient and future-proof to set a new benchmark for regional offices.
