The project focuses on an appropriate high quality and elegant design solution and extension to the top of the building alongside the existing consent currently being implemented.
Design solutions endeavour to sit harmoniously with the existing 1950s building and material palette whilst protecting the heritage aspects of neighbouring buildings and long distance views.
Planning consent for the 9th floor penthouse extension was granted in February 2023.
