The 150 bed hotel includes a mixed front of house offer including co-working, conferencing and lounge areas, an F&B offer (incorporating branded retail) as well as an expanded fitness area, including a gym and swimming pool, which take advantage of views over the landscaped context.

Our proposals have adapted and developed Village Hotels’ design benchmarks for this site which will serve an international clientele who travel to the park for business and research
