Statesman House Planning Consent
Our proposals for a new mixed-use masterplan that comprises 125 new residential homes including 30% affordable homes, and two new headquarters office buildings in Maidenhead have been approved by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
Aukett Swanke are working with owners Royal London Asset Management and development managers XLB Property to create three highly sustainable buildings as part of a phased development that improves and increases on the existing office space and which is complemented by residential uses to create a new vibrant mixed-use community.
New high quality public realm integrates the proposals into its context through improved permeability and activity across the site.
