Topping out at 7 Princes Street
Last week we celebrated a milestone on our project at 7 Princes Street in the City of London by topping out the last of the structure.
It was a great moment to pause and reflect on the project and the hard work by all the team so far, as we now look ahead to completing the building and launching in early 2025.

7 Princes Street is a 53,000sqft ‘back-to-frame’ refurbishment of and extension to a 1970s Aukett Swanke office building in the City of London for KanAm Grund Group and Morgan Capital, where we have retained almost 90% of the structure while increasing value on the site.
The building has leading standards for daylight, thermal comfort and indoor air quality, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5*.
