The building provides efficiently planned flexible Grade A office space around a central core, offering floor plates of between 900 and 1100sqm, suitable for single or multiple tenancies. The design includes naturally ventilated landscaped atria at each level for the benefit of the office occupiers.
A double height reception lobby is approached from a landscaped drop off area and connects to meeting rooms, fitness, sauna, spa and cafeteria areas. Parking is provided below ground.
The external façade has been designed to maximise daylight into the office spaces, whilst maintaining a high degree of thermal insulation. Coloured glass spandrel panels have been oriented horizontally at high levels to provide uninterrupted panoramic views of the Bosphorus.
The project was Highly Commended in the 2013 European Property Awards.
